Turbospin™ Parts Cleaning System
The TURBOSPIN™ machine is a programmable parts cleaning system in rotary format, designed to suit client needs for the cleaning of metal, plastic, aluminum, or glass parts. Parts are loaded into an enclosed stainless steel basket for processing through multiple stations which can include loading station, cleaning tanks of various design, and ovens.

The "Bubbler Tank" employs a novel approach to introduce and aggressive stream of air bubbles in a tank, enhancing cleaning power without the use of ultrasonics. To optimize drying, parts baskets can spin at programmable speeds from 100 to 1,000 rpm.
A mini-PLC is employed with touch screen operator interface, to set, control, and monitor all process parameters.
