Pilot Scale Dipping Systems
offer the advantage of flexible process and product development, akin to our
Navigator (tm) series. Additionally, these machines provide for increased
throughput and the ability to perform multiple process steps, without operator
itervention. This enables the end user to more closely simulate production
conditions, plus manufacture product samples in greater number for marketing
and testing.
Our LTS-1000 series, introduced in 1990, is our most popular model. ACC's
staff employs this machine for laboratory dipping projects, here at our Akron,
Ohio headquarters. The "LTS" can contain ovens, tanks, bead roller, and
automatic stripping, all performed automatically and in sequence according
to your production lines. Pilot scale lines employing up to 1 meter square
pallet frames are available.
